Integra Data Systems Acquisition by INSA

Integra Data Systems Corp. (www.integradata.com) is being acquired by INSA Corp. (www.insacorp.com).  Integra will continue operating as an independent entity under the leadership of Brian Heurter, VP Sales Integra, who will report directly to Mario Bruketa, CEO of INSA.  Integra will retain the same individuals in the same roles as prior to the acquisition.

Going forward Integra will grow with an expanded security portfolio.  This acquisition will allow both entities to increase their geographic coverage with merged offerings in the IT security domain from vendors like Aruba, Extreme Networks, Palo Alto, Zscaler, A10, and Fortinet.  The acquisition will allow sharing of resources to deliver a broader range of expertise to our customer bases.

INSA, the largest Fortinet reseller in Canada, includes individuals with the highest levels of Fortinet certifications. INSA was the first company in Canada to obtain NSE8.
