Damaged Items - In the event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 72 hours if the damage was concealed. We cannot accept damage claims after 72 hours from sign date. INSA, at its sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. We can only accept defective exchanges on products within 30 days of the date of receipt.
Unopened Items - Unopened and undamaged items in their complete original packaging are returnable within 10 days of the date of receipt. A restocking fee will apply. The Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Returns require a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number obtainable by contacting sales@insacorp.com.
Opened Items - We do not accept returns on opened product.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Any item returned outside of these guidelines will be returned to you.
